Meditations on Giving, Donating, Volunteering, & Karma Yoga

Thank you for being able to give with an open heart
Thank you for being abundant and being able to share freely
Thank you for being a great giver and a great reciever

Practice giving on the daily basis
Practice giving to yourself often
Give in all forms (i.e. money, time, volunteer work, resources, etc)

Positive affirmations:
I give from a place of love
I give with an open heart
I help where it is needed
I am a great receiver.
